Definitely would book again and absolutely loved the place Positive: It was great. There was a lovely view, comfortable place and overall one of the best apartments I have booked before Negative: To get the key it was a struggle

Perfect for what we needed Positive: Very spacious flat, very clean, ideal for a family. Secure in a residential complex and with parking space. Lovely balconies and views to the river. Negative: The system to collect the keys from another location is very inconvenient. I found myself driving around London, I went to 2 locations and still wasn't able to collect the keys. This is the last thing you want to do after travelling. In the end, I called the host and he agreed to hand over the keys at the flat location. Doing this from the beginning would have made life so much easier. I suggest making this change, to improve guest satisfaction. This was the only hiccup, otherwise the flat was spacious, clean and comfortable.
